Professionalising internal coaches services is important, and demonstrating this professionalism is supported by the provision of fit for purpose supervision.  Join us to explore different ways of doing this for your internal coaching community.

Amisha Wilde

Amisha has worked worked as coach lead in different organisations for the last 15 years, her experience is mainly in the not for profit sector and working with 'job-plus' coaches. She is an ILM Level 7 accredited coach and also has a diploma in coaching supervision with the CSA.

Her passion is organisational development and she has built her career in this field, currently working as Head of Coaching at Network Rail she leads a pool of 80+ internal coaches.

How to Register

Please only register for this event if you are an Organisation Member or an individual member employed by an organisation member.  We will review attendees before the event and remove anyone who is not meet this criteria.

Please register on the website and a Zoom link will be sent out the day before the event. You will need to sign in to your account to register and you are invited to register up to 5 members from your organisation. 

Once registered you may also access the zoom link via the "Join Meeting Now" button which can be seen when you log in to this event page.  The link is available up to 30 minutes prior to the event start time - please note you will need to be signed in to your EMCC UK account to see this button.
