Ashana Crichton is a Certified Master Executive Coach and uses person-centred
approaches to deliver coaching and group facilitation. As founder of Arc
Growth, she works with influential leaders and under-represented mid-career
professionals to navigate real and perceived career limiting
challenges, hone leadership ability, and create environments of shared
belonging.
Ashana brings with her a wealth of professional experience – over 15
years in UK and US creative advertising agencies, and cross-sector executive coaching and leadership development programme facilitation.
In this capacity she has worked with organisations in the financial, tech, public, and third sectors. Most recently, she has enjoyed developing an
Inclusive leadership programme for a global management consultancy
that makes DEI relevant to juniors, managers, and partners in the Middle
East and Africa.
Ashana received her Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell
University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations, and holds the
credentials of Conscious Business Coach and Mental Health First Aider.
Additionally, as a Henley Business School External Tutor, she takes pride
in teaching Executive Coaching approaches that will inspire new answers
to today’s business challenges and a more equitable, sustainable future
for all.
