Using Mentoring to Develop As A Coach

You are invited to join us for a more informal meeting in October. The main session will be a discussion, led by Tina Dickens, EMCC Senior Practitioner and Karen Chamberlain, Learning and Development Consultant who will share how they have mentored each other over many years to develop their own coaching practice. There will be a chance to discuss how this could work for you and how you may have done this yourself already. Perhaps you will find a peer coach / mentor to work with going forwards?

After a break we will have time for Group Peer Coaching Supervision, to help the group explore and resolve any current coaching challenges and dilemmas.
