Now more than ever, this year has shown what impact a shared story (lived experience) can have.  In this practical and interactive exploration into the power of a shared story, Mandy will introduce participants to the Resilient Leaders Elements as a path to exploring what learning can be drawn from sharing our experiences.

Come ready to give of yourself, in a shared confidential space, so others may learn from you.  Never underestimate the power of a story, the human story, your story, to form connections and build.

As Director of Preville-Findlay Development Ltd, Mandy utilises the GROWTH and Resilience Leaders Elements movements for coaching, to support individual and group reflection sessions geared to build forward thinkers.  Skilled in using personal experiences to shape conversations, she draws from the view that everyone everywhere has a story and someone somewhere needs to hear it.
