Thames Valley Virtual Network Meeting - The Good Practice of Coaching Diverse Communities - Open to All

Join us to network with other coaches, mentors and supervisors in the Thames Valley Area.  This special workshop, follows on from our last workshop where we explored the challenges of coaching and mentoring Black and Minority Ethnic people.

Steve Rush and Dr Ranjit Manghnani will reflect on the case of "why" discussed last time and then focus on the "HOW" and skills required. This is a participative and focused learning group - so please come and share your skills and learning too.

This exciting and free event combines a Networking Meeting for existing and future EMCC UK Members in and around the Thames Valley Region.

Part 1

We will review the last workshop where we explored the challenges of coaching and mentoring Black and Minority Ethnic people. We will encourage participants to share their learning and experiences. The focus of this workshop will be to unlock the skills required as coaches in how we approach and coach diverse communities. Dr Ranjit Manghnani will lead us through his top three techniques.

Part 2

Steve Rush will host a facilitated networking event and invite all participants to share topics and discussion on all that is coaching and mentoring. If you have any specific interest in any topics - please share them in advance with Steve.

As a relatively new community of coaches in the Thames Valley, we ask that attendees also come prepared to share how we can make the very best of our coaching community.
