What is this event about?

The purpose of this event is to consider proven methods for improving performance and building robust teams

Who will present?

Sheila Stokes White, founder and managing director of an Organisation Development company, is now a strategic consultant in leadership and board development.  She has designed bespoke programmes for many organisations from strategic reviews to significant change and organisational transformation projects.  In the process she has mentored boards, senior teams and key leaders in large and small companies enabling them to clarify their future vision, values, culture and strategy.  A non-executive director of an NHS Trust for 11 years, she has been a senior strategic adviser to central and local government delivering successful assignments across the UK   She developed a bespoke performance management framework on behalf of central government for organisations and partnerships and she has successfully applied it to central and local government, the Police Service, Fire and Rescue Services, regeneration partnerships, large and small companies, and professional organisations The model offers a structured and inclusive approach to performance improvement basing continuing professional development within a core premise of self-determination and responsibility and combining organisation development with individual mentoring. 

Networking will start at 5.30 and Sheila Stokes-White Event will start promptly at 6 and finish at 8 when there will be a chance for a Regional News Update and more networking until 9.
