Deb McEwen, is an international leadership coach, working with senior leaders, specialising in leadership development and leadership performance.
A successful business owner too, with a wealth of knowledge in health and wellbeing, background in occupational therapy, mental health, physical health and palliative care.
Credentials incl: MSC in Coaching and Behavioural Change, Henley Business School, EMCC Senior Practitioner, Associate Certified Coach ICF.
Lead coordinators
Maureen Sango-Jackson
Maureen is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring, with 30 years experience gained within healthcare, holding a number of senior roles. She currently works as the leadership and people development programme lead and non-executive director and board chair for one of the largest primary school academy trusts in the country. Her responsibilities include managing the reverse mentoring programme, mentoring CIPD members, and leading a number of leadership and management programmes.
Anna Lee
Anna holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. With a background in organisational psychology and leadership development, Anna brings a wealth of expertise to her current role in the NHS. Committed to nurturing both personal and professional growth, her passion is centred around supporting others to uncover what truly matters to them, all the while prioritising their wellbeing.
