Going round in triangles…

Understanding the Drama Triangle, and its nemesis, the Winners’ Triangle, can enable us and our coaching clients to step out of unproductive roles and become more potent, particularly during these unsettling and challenging times.

About the Presenter:  Jenny Labbett

Jenny is a trainer, facilitator and coach.  She has worked in the voluntary sector, in local government, and in the private sector, and has been using Transactional Analysis (TA) in her private practice for over 15 years.

TA is a theory of communication and child development, which originated in the 1960s in the field of psychotherapy.  Over the years it has been developed and expanded, and is now used in educational and organisational, as well as therapeutic, settings.  It comprises a number of highly accessible models, with hidden depths, of which the Drama Triangle and the Winners’ triangle are two examples.
