This virtual CPD session facilitated by Gail Porter BEM recognises the pressure and pace of change that many have experienced over the last 12-18 months. Participants will have the opportunity to experience working with the A-Frame, which has been developed by Gail to provide a framework for reflection and an insight into the actions required to support future development.

Our Facilitator 
Over the last 25 years Gail has worked in national, regional and local tiers of government and with a variety of partner organisations across the public, private and voluntary sector.  She has also worked with a number of local and national charities as a trustee. Her coaching clients have included charity leaders, NHS executives, private company directors, senior police officers and graduates. Gail has a reputation for constructively working with individuals to enable them to successfully navigate through periods of organisational change; develop leaderships skills, style and confidence; and to build personal and professional resilience.
