North West Network Event - The EMCC Accreditation Journey - 17th September 2024

This interactive session will provide key insights into the EMCC Accreditation journey. It will introduce and explain the application process, the different levels of accreditation and the benefits for coaching and mentoring professionals.  There will be an opportunity for discussion and general questions on becoming an EMCC accredited professional.

This North West Network event will build on the session which Sarah Bailey and Victoria Orr led in the EMCC UK 2024 Festival in April of this year. They will provide a PDF of their presentation to participants following the event.

Sarah Bailey
Sarah is the current Professional Development Director at EMCC UK. As part of her Professional Development role she highlights and promotes the benefits of the EMCC Global accreditation route for UK individual and organisation members. She is an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) Assessor.

Sarah is a practising coach and also a member of the Senior Management Team at Bloomsbury Institute with over 20 years’ experience of creating and implementing student and staff mentoring programmes in higher education institutions in the UK and Southeast Asia.

Victoria Orr

She gained her coaching qualifications at the University of Cambridge and is an EMCC Accredited Coach and Mentor at Senior Practitioner Level. She holds a volunteer role at EMCC UK as Deputy Director of Professional Development, with a focus on Accreditation. Victoria is also an EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) Assessor.

Before starting her coaching practice, she worked in global leadership roles for organisations including Amazon and Marriott and is one of 18% of women to reach the C-Suite. She is also a trustee and a board advisor.

Two of her top character strengths are ‘Zest’ and an ‘Appreciation of Beauty and Excellence’ and she embraces these in her free time by cooking up Asian delights for her family, walking her dogs on the beach, spending fun times with friends and getting creative with her sewing machine.
