Suffolk Network Online Event: An Introduction to Systemic Coaching
Systemic coaching and constellations help to illuminate the hidden dynamics in the systems to which we belong. In this interactive and experiential online session participants will have an opportunity to explore how a systemic approach can be applied in one-to-one coaching.
A systemic constellation is designed to restore the integrity of a system, the flow of leadership, commerce and organisational health. Constellations can be used with groups, teams and in one-to-one coaching.
