A Webinar - EMCC Mentoring and Coaching Programme Accreditation

What is this Webinar about?

This webinar will give you a brief overview of the accreditation route, the Core Standards, performance criteria, application process, accreditation timeframe and costs. 

An explanation of how the accreditation route aligns with the other four EMCC accreditation routes.

Who is presenting?

Dr Julie Haddock-Millar is the EMCC GroupLead for the International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes. She is a Consultant, Researcher and Academic, specialising in learning and development (L&D), mentoring and coaching. She works with organisations to develop, implement and evaluate L&D interventions.

 

Some of her current projects include the design and delivery of the first NHS Leadership Academy EMCC EQA Bespoke Mentor Training Programme; the design and delivery of the first EMCC EQA Bespoke Mentoring Programme Manager Training Programme; she is currently leading on three projects with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) creating the evaluation framework for the MCHub Norway mentoring, individual and team coaching initiatives and carrying out the 2 to 3 year longitudinal impact evaluation. Working with Khulisa, UK, she is collaborating on a mentoring impact evaluation study.

 

She is currently Associate Professor (Practice) and Senior Teaching Fellow of Human Resource Management and Development at Middlesex University Business School and Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco. She leads and teaches on a number of postgraduate programmes in the public and private sector, including an MA in Management International Payments Ecosystem with Worldpay, MA Further Education Sector Management and Executive MBAs.
