Free Mindfulness Session for Members Only

In the current climate, when everything around us feels uncertain, mindfulness practice can help to gently bring us back to the present moment. Regular practice has been proven to improve overall health and wellbeing.
 

Sarah Loud, who some of you may know from our Operations Team, is also a mindfulness and yoga teacher and practitioner. She has offered to lead four lunchtime mindfulness sessions to support members in these unprecedented times.

The sessions will take place on alternate Wednesdays from 13:00-13:30 h BST, starting on 8th April and running until 20th May. Numbers will be limited to 20 and offered on a first come, first served basis.

Each session will focus on a different theme, and bookings for each event will open immediately after the previous session ends.

There is no requirement for previous mindfulness experience.

Sessions will not be recorded.
