Yorkshire Network: Business development for coaches, part 2 - OPEN TO ALL

This Yorkshire Network event, hosted by Julie Allan, explores practical tools and tips to help you sell confidently and develop and grow your coaching business.

Do you ever wonder how to sell more confidently and easily? Do you ever wonder if you could get more business with little extra effort?

Many coaches and development professionals struggle to understand exactly what they need to do to grow their client base and their business. There is little guidance available on business development within coach training programmes or via professional bodies, and we often feel unable to ask our competitors. The skill of how to sell and develop our business is vital to self-employed coaches and development professionals.

Julie is happy to share her experiences and knowledge in this area. This interactive session will help you learn more about yourself and your business, and learn how to sell easily and effectively at the right price to your chosen clients.

Part 1 of this event focused on what you are selling (i.e. the product) and what and how to charge for your work. By popular demand, Julie is returning to run part 2, which will cover promotion – how to sell and grow your business. Participants will have the opportunity to work together in pairs or small groups to understand what this means to them and their business.

The event will close with a review of learning and a brief Q&A session.
