Scotland Network - FREE Online peer coaching mentoring and CPD

This virtual group aims to provide a place for EMCC members in Scotland and beyond, plus guests, to share knowledge, deepen and raise awareness on current topics and offer peer coaching, mentoring and the opportunity to build supportive networks.

Team Coaching with Harriet Dodd

At our July Scotland Peer Networking session Harriet Dodd will introduce some of the aspects of Team Coaching that excite her and make the discipline stand out from other team development initiatives that can also feed back into her 121 coaching.

The idea is to have an interractive exchange and play with some of the tools that Harriet has found useful in recent work.

Harriet is the Managing Director of TopHat Discovery, a newly incorporated Social Enterprise company, TopHat Discovery CIC. The business's aim is to use Coaching and Training for Social Impact by providing support for organisations and businesses coaches who intend to make a positive social impact towards the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals.

For the last four years Harriet has been studying and practising systemic team coaching with Peter Hawkins at Global Team Coaching Institute affiliated with EMCC. She is now part of the faculty.
