Wales & Cheshire Network: Mastery of Coaching & the Three Keys to Coaching Success

An opportunity for coaches to reflect upon their own coaching business, with an emphasis on greater personal success.  Guest speaker Julie Starr

Using three core areas of focus, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their own coaching business/practice and identify opportunities for growth and change. Come prepared to work, by reflecting on questions such as:

1. How is my work and business as a coach going well, e.g. what am I happy with?
2. Where can my coaching practice/business improve, e.g. what do I want to be different going forward?
3. What one thing would I change about my business, if I could?
4. What do I want to get out of my day at the conference? e.g. what would make my investment worthwhile?
5. What might stop me, e.g. how might I sabotage myself, (consciously or unconsciously)

There will be a mix of lecture, simple theory, short conversations in pairs (we’re using Zoom rooms), plus sharing/discussion as time allows.
