Scotland Network - FREE Online peer coaching mentoring and CPD

This virtual group aims to provide a place for EMCC members in Scotland and beyond, plus guests, to share knowledge, deepen and raise awareness on current topics and offer peer coaching, mentoring and the opportunity to build supportive networks.

All You Can Eat Coaching Buffet

For May's session we aim to co-create a space for collective knowledge sharing, in essence a Coaching Buffet.

What new delicacies from the world of coaching have landed on your plate? How have you been spicing up your own development? What new flavours and coaching delights have you shared with clients?

After a short welcome and check-in you'll be invited to share something that's new to you. Portion size is not important. You might want to offer a small morsel, or something more substantial. All offerings will be gratefully received.

It might be a podcast, a YouTube video, a new idea or a model you've recently used, perhaps a book or an article, or maybe something that you've concocted from your own ingredients.

Feel free to prepare something in advance if you wish or  just go with the flow and be more spontaneous on the night. We'd ambition a maximum of 3 minutes per person  with the opportunity for one or two questions to follow, so about 5 minutes each in total. If more come prepared to share than we have time for then we can plan to run another session later in the year.

Sharing certainly won't be compulsory but the more of us that can will add to the diversity and richness of the feast.

We hope to see you there.

Unlike MasterChef the session will of course be fully confidential, friendly and inviting, and completely judgement free.
