North West Network - Being and Well-being in Coaching and Mentoring

This highly participative and experiential event will enable you to experience the concepts of mindfulness and resilience and how to apply these for yourself and for your clients to:

- Enable coach and client to flourish
- Improve your well-being and resilience
- Ensure you and your client are ‘present and in the room’
- Support your client’s well-being and resilience
- Reduce the taboo of mental ill health

This session provides useful tools to help address the challenges raised in the January session “The Perfect Storm: Mentoring in a VUCA world” run by John Parkinson
