Hampshire & Dorset Informal Networking Event - Kitchen Table Conversations - 16th September 2024

Kitchen Table Conversations are simple and powerful - helping people discuss what really matters in a comfortable environment. Each conversation will be facilitated by a host and participants will be encouraged to bring a question that they are pondering, are curious about or would like to explore in dialogue. In small groups these questions will then be explored in open, informal and honest dialogue.

Bring along that question you’ve been pondering, that curiosity you’ve been musing about and spend some time exploring it with peers in an informal and relaxed environment. The only thing we ask is that your question broadly relates to coaching, mentoring or supervision. If you don’t have a question yourself don’t worry, come along to stimulate your own thinking and share in the wisdom of the group.

This event will be facilitated by Melissa Hague and Julia Carden, the Hampshire and Dorset Network hosts.

Melissa has had a 25-year career in learning and development, with a passion for supporting people to unlock their potential through great quality learning interventions. Melissa is accredited as a Senior Practitioner with the EMCC and holds an MSc in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School.
She is passionate about courage and vulnerability in coaching and uses the work of Dr Brené Brown to support coaches to be more courageous in their work and lives. Alongside her 121 and team coaching practice.

Julia's coaching work focuses on working with individuals and teams to take off their blinkers to expand and deepen self-awareness, to identify existing strengths, new options, and choices. She has a deep interest in self-awareness and how it helps us develop and grow, by enabling firstly self-connection and then connection with others. This approach is underpinned by her PhD research into Self-Awareness. Julia is an EMCC accredited Master Practitioner Coach, and an accredited Coaching Supervisor.
