North West Network - The 'T' Word - making the transition from transactional coaching to transformational coaching

Coaching practice starts with knowledge, skills and understanding. As it develops over time to strengthen personal elements around observation, reflection and intuition, this often enables the transition from ‘transacting’ as a coach to ‘transforming’ as a coach.
With a focus on transaction/transformation, this session will explore the ‘ages and stages’ of coaching practice, and offer space for attendees to reflect on what informs their coaching practice and what develops it.

What influences your coaching practice?
What experiences shape you as a coach and how do you use this in your coaching practice?
In progressing from transactional to transformational coaching at what point do you witness the change?
What do you make happen and what do you allow to happen?
