Scotland Network - FREE Online peer coaching mentoring and CPD

Join us for this month's online peer discussion, where we'll explore some of the crucial aspects of client acquisition and business development.

We'll discuss how some might grow their practice in a way that is both ethically sound and professionally rewarding, ensuring that each new client contributes to meaningful and sustainable success.

Food for Thought:

  • How to think about your coaching purpose and how do you develop your niche/focus which is aligned with your purpose?
  • How important is aligning with clients whose values, ethics, and goals resonate with our own?
  • What can we do to build coaching relationships on trust, mutual respect, and a shared vision for success?
  • What strategies help best in attracting clients that naturally align with our own values, such as refining marketing messages and building a strong promotional identity?
  • How do we maintain professional integrity whilst widening market opportunity?
  • What do we need to do to ensure positive wellbeing if moving outside of comfort zones? (Our niche/focus)
  • How is your accountability, skill development, community building, and ambitions for sustainable business growth influenced by your mindset, heartset, and current client relationships and business success?
  • Who can help us to observe our personal and professional boundaries at times of potential and possible compromise? Who coaches you?

Mike, an EMCC UK member from Edinburgh, has kindly offered to share insights from his own learning and development to stimulate discussion.

The session will be facilitated by Robin and Keith.
