At the first event of 2019, we will be sharing our plans for the Network over the coming year.  You will also hear from one of Norfolk’s best-known coaches, supervisors and providers of ILM accredited coaching and mentoring qualifications, Rachel Paul of ConsultEast.  

Rachel will be leading an engaging and interactive session on Peer Coaching. She will provide an insight into her experience and her observation of how pivotal peer coaching is in supporting our ability to develop and sustain essential coaching skills and enhance our coaching practice.  You will have an opportunity of experiencing the benefits of peer coaching for yourselves.

About our guest speaker 
Over the past 15 years, Rachel has run a successful coaching business, ConsultEast.  During this time she has develop a strong community of professional coaches through a combination of ILM qualifications and Best Practice Sessions.  Rachel is an inspirational and highly regarded coach and supervisor with a wealth of experience to share.
