By any measure it is reasonable to conclude that 2020 has not turned out quite the way any of us imagined. 

Our clarity of thinking, our courage and our civility have all been tested as we’ve been required to learn to adapt to the constraints and pressures presented by our circumstances.

To end the year on a constructive and positive note, this EMCC UK Organisation Members event gives you a unique opportunity to have your own personalised experience of digital coaching using the ProReal immersive, avatar based digital world.

In this session, you’ll have your own opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings towards your experience of 2020 and to work through how you’d like your experience of the coming year to be different.

We will provide you with an opportunity to create your own avatars and objects in a digital, systemic constellation to gain new insights into your patterns of thinking and narratives.

We will provide everything you need. You’ll receive a:

- self-guided tour of the ProReal toolset prior to the event to get familiar with its intuitive, simple user interface
- written brief outlining the tasks for the session

These will be sent to you on Monday 7th December and on the day you will participate in a facilitated session to guide your through your own narrative and reflection

This is a unique, end of year session that will provide you with a fun and valuable experience to set you and your colleagues up for the coming twelve months of 2021.
