International conference for internal coaches, mentors and stakeholders*
The growing practice across Europe of internal coaching and mentoring – by employees for employees – will be the focus of the second International Internal Coaching & Mentoring Conference, to be held in Paris in October 2018. Speakers and presenters from around Europe will showcase good practice and share new ideas and perspectives of the future of coaching and mentoring in organisational settings. Case studies and workshops from each of the participating countries will feature, along with master classes on different aspects of coaching and mentoring activity.
As with the first conference of its kind held in London in 2016, the second day of this unique event will be exclusively for internal coaches, mentors and stakeholders, providing a safe, non-commercial space for exchange and learning. *Monday’s activity will be open also to those independent professional coaches and mentors who help organisational clients to shape and manage their internal programmes.
Organisers from four different professional bodies – from France, Holland, Belgium and the UK – have collaborated in the design and organisation of the conference, which is being generously hosted by Eurocontrol at its centre in Brétigny-sur-Orge.
