Sarah Bailey is a member of the Senior Management Leadership Team at an HE Institution and has 19 years’ experience of creating and implementing student and staff mentoring programmes in higher education institutions in the UK and Southeast Asia. As a practising and qualified coach and mentoring professional, Sarah has been privileged to witness how making coaching and mentoring more accessible can also help people from lower socio-economic backgrounds navigate the many barriers they face in society.
Sarah is passionately committed to offering a creative approach to further contribute to the professional development of coaches, mentors and supervisors in their valuable work of supporting people to bring about positive change in their lives. She believes that people are at the heart of all that we do, and she is dedicated to playing an active role in the further advancement of professional standards in our field.
