Elizabeth Reilly is a Master Accredited Executive Coach, Coach Supervisor, and experienced international HR Director. With a career spanning five industry sectors, she has held senior roles in innovative startups and global FTSE 100 companies and is known for her expertise in driving transformational organisational change.

With leadership experience in organisational change, talent management, business risk management, and HR strategy, she has directed significant mergers and acquisitions, developed comprehensive people strategies, and enhanced business performance through strategic oversight.

Elizabeth is passionate about the power of coaching and supervision, creating a safe space for honest discussions. Supervision serves as a vital pause button, allowing coaches to reflect and make sense of their practice and relationships, fostering self-development and continuous learning.
