Paul Heardman
Director for Supervision Practice
Paul Heardman has been coaching since 2013. He has a MSc in coaching and behavioural change from Henley Business School, and his masters research on compassion in coaching was featured in Coaching at Work magazine.
Paul is an EMCC accredited coaching supervisor. He holds several postgraduate qualifications in coaching supervision. He has an MBA and has also trained in psychosynthesis and systemic constellations.
Paul enjoys writing on coaching and supervision topics and is a regular contributor to several coaching journals.
Paul’s professional background is in the UK public sector. He is a fluent German speaker, and has lived and worked internationally, including in Berlin and Brussels. He served on Munich Business School’s advisory board for five years.
In 2023, Coaching at Work awarded Paul its prize for outstanding contribution to coaching and coaching supervision.
