With more than 15 years’ experience in executive leadership in the third sector and universities, coupled with 30 years in journalism, Sarah is a creative disruptor coach and consultant, helping high-achieving, ethically-minded individuals and organisations think, act and communicate boldly to leave their positive mark on the world.

Sarah is bringing her specialist expertise in mental wellness, ethics and popular culture to current projects as diverse as challenging the taboo surrounding end-of-life planning, the ‘glass cliff’ facing women executives, and co-developing innovative bio-psycho-social therapeutic services with a strong environmental component in Europe and Asia.

Originally from Merseyside, Sarah now lives in Wiltshire where she loves to grow all her own veg and spend time in nature. She holds a PhD in psychoanalytic theory, qualifications in counselling and coaching, and continues to research and publish as a visiting professor at York St John University.
