Director for Coaching Practice

 

EMCC UK is seeking a Director for Coaching Practice at an exciting time in our growth as a professional coaching, mentoring and supervision membership body.

The Director for Coaching will lead on the creation and delivery of a strategic plan for our coaching communities that is aligned to the EMCC UK Strategy for 2024-2027. The strategy will provide flexible development opportunities for all EMCC UK members to sustain, inspire and challenge them to be at their best making a positive contribution to all stakeholders and the wider systems that we are all part of. The director will create and implement a comprehensive learning programme that is inclusive, progressive, supportive and professional, as a subject matter expert in the field of coaching, offering our members the ability to access current thinking, research and to be up to date with innovations in our profession and the broader adult learning field. The Director will work interdependently with the Board and an active group of vibrant EMCC volunteer members will support them.

While this role requires time and commitment, our experience is that volunteering is incredibly rewarding, and in addition, you would be joining a great team.
