Director for Digital Transformation

EMCC UK is seeking a Director for Digital Transformation at an exciting time in our growth as a professional coaching, mentoring and supervision membership body.

The Director for Digital Transformation will lead on the creation and delivery of a strategic plan for Digital Transformation aligned to the EMCC UK Strategy for 2024-2027.  The strategic plan will include aligned digital initiatives, for example, the provision of a Membership Engagement Platform; provide leadership in related, emerging technology that enhances coaching, mentoring and supervision services; describe a technology roadmap for the technology that we either use or may use; provide thought leadership on Digital technology such as AI working with associated EMCC Global forums and task forces. The Director will work interdependently with the Board and will be supported by the Head of Operations.

It is a great privilege to give back to the profession and be part of such a wonderful, connected community. While this role requires time and commitment, our experience is that volunteering is incredibly rewarding, and in addition, you would be joining a great team. If you can devote one day a week to make a difference to our exciting profession, we would love to hear from you.

As this is an EMCC UK Board position, all applications will be reviewed to ensure candidates meet the essential criteria for such a role.
