The webinar

In this EMCC UK webinar, John Leary-Joyce will put the spotlight on systemic team coaching, showing not only what it can do for your clients, but how it can also add value to your coaching practice.

The webinar will highlight the differences and similarities between group coaching, team facilitation, team development, team coaching, and systemic team coaching. John will explore what it takes to be a team coach, and explain how this type of coaching can provide sustainable and lasting change in organisational performance.

Reflecting on his own successes and failures, John will also share valuable insights into his own team coaching work, and look at best practice in this diverse and fast developing aspect of the coaching profession.

The presenter: John Leary-Joyce

John is the founder and executive chair of The Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC). He draws on his experience from a long career as a psychotherapist, team coach, trainer and supervisor. He is a past president of EMCC UK, where his focus was on maintaining standards for coaching and mentoring, building collaboration between the different professional bodies, and supporting research into different aspects of coaching practice.

John has an MA in Executive Coaching, is an accredited coach with APECS and PCC ICF, and is a qualified supervisor. He is the author of Fertile Void: Gestalt Coaching at Work. His other passion is dancing tango, which links with leadership, coaching and Gestalt.
