In a time of uncertainty, anxiety and unpredictable change, businesses and organisations are under pressure as never before.
• How can our coaching and mentoring practice anticipate the challenges of the near future and adapt to meet them?
• What steps do we need to take to future-proof the way we work?
• How can our practice flourish as we offer leaders and teams the support they increasingly need?
These are some of the key questions we’ll be exploring in our EMCC UK day conference for coaches and mentors. The conference will include fresh thinking about the future, as well as workshops to help you to develop and improve your practice.
Our keynote speaker is Dr Nicola Millard, Head of Customer Insight and Futures in BT’s Global Innovation team. Nicola is an award-winning presenter, a TED speaker, and was memorably described as ‘human caffeine’ on Twitter. She will be sharing a positive, people-centred vision of business innovation and future strategy.
A choice of workshops – there will be a choice of three workshops:
Developing your Coaching Business, led by Bill Henry, independent executive coach, previously a partner and senior business adviser at PwC.
Meeting the Changing Needs of Clients, led by Peter Duffell, Governance Director of EMCC UK
Going from a Great Idea to a New Future, led by Diane Newell, EMCC Master Practitioner
Rita Symons, President of EMCC UK, says: ‘There are some big shifts on the horizon in how coaching and mentoring will be delivered in the future. I’m so pleased we’re offering this day to our members in the new year to think together and plan ahead so we can meet those changes in positive ways.’
