Virtual workshop - Adding Values Elicitation to your coaching toolkit

We all use our values to make decisions and deliberate choices to focus on what is important to us. Uncovering and working with our values helps us develop, grow and create the future we want to experience.

Facilitated by coach and trainer, Kali Fraser, this workshop will teach you how to elicit your client’s unconscious as well as conscious values, adding a valuable additional tool to your coaching toolkit. We will focus on career values, with a live demo and plenty of opportunity to ask questions.

Timings

Your facilitator

Kali runs a thriving coaching practice based in Nottingham and works with a variety of private as well as corporate clients.  An NLP Master Practitioner, Kali is currently studying towards her NLP Trainer Certification, co-training NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner with NLP UK Training. 

Kali is passionate about helping her clients move forward in both their lives and careers, realising their potential and becoming the very best version of themselves. Coaching and training other coaches has been a natural progression that ticks all of her values!
