Jan and Hayley are highly respected and experienced coaches, they are passionate and optimistic and enjoy rising to the challenges they face, they will outline their philosophy and highlight elements of their journey by reflecting upon their recent coaching experiences. They will share some light-hearted reflections that have enabled them to embrace non-directive coaching approaches and enabled them to establish an effective partnership

We will learn about the Leadership Edge Story, and how their journey to embed coaching within the learning environment of East Park Academy has been achieved and how it is now developing.

The session will seek to stimulate interest and enquiry and aim to consider the place of coaching in addressing the challenges being faced currently in Education and how these impact on the wider community.

You will be encouraged to engage in discussion and share your learning and ideas.
