In this webinar, Alec will share two distinct mindsets from which leaders and their teams operate: a self-focused Inward Mindset, and an others-oriented Outward Mindset.

The flow of this session will include:

• How inward mindsets develop or reinforce silos that prevent leaders and their organisations from being able to evolve in their competitive and complex environments

• An incredible tool raising the awareness of leaders as to how they are contributing to silos, conflict and the degrading of their key relationships

• How as a leader we can have use this mindset to have a positive influence that fosters collaboration and innovation between people.
