Norfolk Network - Fortnightly Zoom Room

An opportunity for some CPD and peer support from our wonderful community of coaches and mentors.  This next session explores how Transactional Analysis can help our coaching and mentoring practice.  Open to all.

The Norfolk Network Zoom Room is open every other Wednesday for ca 1.5 hours to provide a space for us to meet 'virtually' during the coming weeks.  We have people from across the country joining us - all are welcome, members and non-members.

Following introductions, the first half of the call will focus on our own professional development.  During the second half, we have an open forum where we share experiences, seek support, offer suggestions to aid our own wellbeing, ask questions, experiment with tools etc.

Some of the topics we have already explored include: Remote Working, Motivational Maps, The Transition Curve, Systems Thinking and Systemic Coaching, Personal Wellbeing, All things Accreditation, Timeline Therapy, 360 feedback, Coaching Neurodifferent People, the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in coaching,  networking and much more ...!

In this next session Sheila Udall will be exploring Transactional Analysis (TA) with us and how it can help our coaching and mentoring practice.  First developed in the 1950s, with a focus on therapy, TA continues to evolve as an accessible and invaluable model for understanding and improving all kinds of relationships.

If you have something which you would like to share and facilitate as part of the CPD element, we would love to hear from you!
