As the last few months has demonstrated, leaders must be responsive to the demands of the people who have entrusted them to lead, while also providing a vision and a way forward so that people can imagine a better future.
Having built and lead purposeful teams for many years – I learnt lots of lessons. When experiencing complexity, uncertainty in an anxious environment, people will look for purposeful leadership. Leaders who have vision, are passionate, and at the heart of that passion – have a desire to do right & a desire to do well, for themselves and for others.

Able to adjust, advance and achieve through leaders creating an environment where all team members understand and optimise their strengths and are able to translate those into productive behaviours and habits that transform their strengths into effective teamwork and business results. Strong, complimentary teams follow through a development cycle to release strengths and enable purposeful behaviours that maximise collaborative work and achieve great results.
The purpose of this session is to talk through a simple framework that enable leaders to begin to become more purposeful. Channelling both positive and solutions focused behaviours that role model both their drive for results and humility for their people.
