Free webinar: Coaching practice with the Earth in mind

In the latest webinar of our Coaching and Climate series, Alison Whybrow introduces us to Regenerative Coaching: Creating a coaching and coaching psychology practice with Earth in mind.

Given the current global context of the Covid-19 pandemic against the backdrop of the climate and ecological crisis, the webinar (1 July, 1pm) asks how might coaches and coaching psychologists respond within the frame of their coaching practice? What opportunity do we have to widen the systemic frame of our coaching interventions as we work with our clients? We already bring many of the necessary skills to hold a regenerative dialogue, so how do we shift our stance to include our planet and its biosphere as worthwhile elements for consideration?

While some people argue that this is not our place, others argue more strongly that we have a leadership role to play. Indeed, if the questions central to our existential crisis are not up for consideration in coaching conversations with those who have a systemic impact on our ability to shift from an extinction pathway to life giving pathway, then the frame of the coaching intervention is not big enough.

We explore regenerative approaches and what this might mean for us, our practice, our clients and our profession. How might we stretch further to deepen our impact and enhance the pace of our collective learning? What might we unleash, and how might we influence the field?
