Spring Meeting with Rob Kemp
"Beyond ROI - how do we measure the value of coaching an internal scheme?"
After initially leading coaching and training within organisations, Rob worked as an independent coach between 2007 and 2018 - but now returns to set up and lead performance coaching within a commercial organisation. Rob will outline scheme design, and the first year of implementation; including perspectives on value, perceived value, measurement, some tools used for measuring progress - and ultimately balancing the commercial imperative of investing in coaching internally.

Rob has been a member of the EMCC since 2003, and has coordinated a Regional Network in the East Midlands with colleagues as well as being involved in Large Organisation Liaison for the EMCC. Having completed an MSc at Sheffield Hallam (2013), he is now studying at Oxford Brookes for the Professional Doctorate in Coaching & Mentoring - with a special research interest in Emotional Labour.
