North West Network - Ikigai Explored and its implications for the coaching process

Ikigai is often defined as ‘the reason to get out of bed in the morning’

This interactive workshop will explore various topics including -

How do we achieve it?
How do we know when we or others have it?
What difference does it make?
How does it operate in different contexts?
What are the consequences of losing it?

Are there connections between Ikigai, mentoring in a VUCA world and coaching for well-being? (the themes of our two previous CPD workshops)

We will use the ‘Ikigai model’ and explore its possibilities, limitations and possible adaptations as part of the coaching and mentoring tool-kit.
