Back in February of this year we heard about the steps that had been taken at Holkham Hall & Estate to introduce and develop a successful and thriving coaching culture. The following month we were all placed in 'lockdown' as the COVID-19 virus spread. Alex and Leigh will be sharing with us the impact that this has had and how coaching has been used to engage people during lockdown, in the process of returning and re-opening the facilities to the general public.
We received great feedback from our February event, participants were impressed by the initiatives taken and the results achieved through coaching at Holkham Hall & Estates and we know there is a high level of interest to hear Alex and Leigh's experiences and insights from recent events.
