Coaching in groups: there is power in numbers

Group coaching can be an impactful way to support our clients to effect change. It can be beneficial in a number of scenarios and contexts, from health and career coaching, through to leadership development in organisations.
Group coaching can be cost-effective, scalable and, more importantly, a crucial tool to support cultural and organisational changes. This type of coaching has been successfully delivered in a range of settings and it can be useful for coaches looking to understand how to use their skills to work with groups and expand their coaching practice.

The webinar will examine briefly:

The difference between team and group coaching
The benefits of coaching in groups
Advantages for the clients
Logistics of running groups
Challenges for coaches wanting to work with groups
