Organisation Member ONLY Event – Coach Supervision - The importance for the Organisation

This is a free event for our Organisation Members and their employees who are members ONLY

As an organisation you invest a lot in your internal coaching provision, but what do you do to support the well-being of your coaches to ensure the quality and safety of the services they provide?

Coaching supervision is like providing a health check for coaches. It gives them the opportunity to self-reflect and explore feelings arising from their work and quality assure their approach to clients. It can help provide some fine tuning, which can enhance their value to the organisation.

The sessions will help organisations.
• Understand what Coaching Supervision is and why it is so important to the development of coaches.
• See how Supervision provides a safe space for the coach to explore and develop through reflective practice.
• Recognise the well-being  and restorative benefits to coaches of regular supervision.
• Provide a level of quality assurance of coaching within the organisation.
