About this session
Award-winning coach and supervisor Jeremy Gomm introduces SUPERVISION – THE ESSENTIAL INGREDIENT FOR HIGH-PERFORMING COACHES which will not only highlight the value and even joy of supervision but also help you to engage your internal coaches in making better use of it.
Jeremy Gomm
Jeremy is a highly experienced executive coach, coach supervisor and cultural change consultant whose open and friendly approach is based on a foundation of practical creativity and clarity of purpose. He is sensitively but demandingly challenging in pursuit of his clients realising their true potential and achieving their personal and professional ambitions while adding measurable value for their organisation.
Jeremy has worked with some of the world’s leading companies, in the public sector and for SMEs. His client experience includes Microsoft, BT, AXA Insurance, BBC World Service, 3M, Shell, PwC, the NHS and a variety of marketing, manufacturing, service and retail SMEs, local government, charities and the education sector.
Recent assignments include coaching NHS specialists aiming to implement innovative ways to improve process and patient care; also in the NHS, coaching Clinical Directors and Practice Managers in primary care; supporting local authorities to meet the challenges presented by diminishing resources while at the same time improving performance; coaching Manchester university students to enhance their career opportunities. In the private sector, recent assignments include supporting a senior engineering team in the air traffic control sector to improve performance; the CEO of a national charity working through transformation of governance and structure; and PwC Directors seeking promotion to Partner status.
In 2019, Jeremy’s work as a coach was recognised by his peers as winner of the prestigious Coaching at Work External Coaching/Mentoring Champion award.
