Demonstrating ROI in Coaching
Session 5 will be presented by Dr Jodi O’Dell. Jodi is the founder and driving force behind the Engage product set. Her passion lies in understanding what enables successful development. She has over twenty years consulting experience. Jodi is an occupational psychologist and has a PhD in Coaching Psychology. She has been researching and developing the Engage tool set since 2006.
In this interactive session Jodi will discuss what is meant by ROI in coaching and explore some of the complexities coaches face when measuring coaching impact, covering 4 key questions:
- Why measure?
- What to measure?
- How to measure?
- When to measure?
About the Presenter
Jodi has a PhD in Coaching Psychology and is committed to developing evidence-based practice in coaching. The discussion will explore the Engage model and how this can be used to measure coaching impact. As a bonus, attendees will be given exclusive access to a live recording of a case study which she co-presented alongside her client, at the EMCC Global Conference, exploring how to measure coaching impact and ROI within Pharma. Jodi is an EMCC Master Practitioner and Engage Accreditation also holds EMCC accreditation status. Engage is a scientifically validated profiling tool that measures mindset and change readiness.
Each session will start at 5 pm with half an hour of networking. The session itself will last from 5.30 pm to 7.30 pm with a further chance to network between 7.30 and 8 pm.
The Building Your Coaching Business series is part of EMCC UK’s efforts to support its members and promote Knowledge Exchange around how to build your own coaching business. It is a free initiative, whose sole purpose is to support members with the challenges they are currently facing in this challenging economic environment.
Alongside the series, we’re also launching a new set of online resources for EMCC UK members.
We will be recording the session (excluding the networking) and the recording will be made available to everyone who registers for the event.
