Who is the group for?
Our group is for both new and experienced coaching and mentoring professionals who want to invest in their development.
Why join the group?
Our main aims are networking with coaching and mentoring professionals, developing our knowledge by providing CPD events with guest speakers, and sharing our own experiences, techniques and approaches.
Information and meetings
We meet every two months, in a mix of virtual and face to face meetings, with informal peer networking or coaching, CPD, and guest speakers.

Sandra Keith – Sandra has over 20 years of experience as an executive coach, working with managers and leaders. Together with Lisa Hegan, she has provided leadership development for managers in a wide variety of organisations. Together they have also provided ILM qualifications in leadership and management, and coaching and mentoring.
Lisa Hegan – Lisa has over 20 years of experience as an executive coach, working with managers at all levels, developing leadership capability. She is known for her supportive coaching style and being able to see the bigger picture. She uses this to inspire curiosity in clients, encouraging self-discovery.
