The group is for experienced coaches or mentors; for anyone interested in developing a career in coaching and mentoring; or for those who are the lead for their organisation or business.

The aim of the group is to deliver CPD events to promote best practice in the coaching and mentoring field. The group is aligned to the EMCC UK strategic vision.

Lead coordinators
Maureen Sango-Jackson – Maureen is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and holds an ILM Level 7 Certificate in Executive and Senior Level Coaching and Mentoring, with 30 years experience gained within healthcare, holding a number of senior roles. She currently works as the leadership and people development programme lead and non-executive director and board chair for one of the largest primary school academy trusts in the country. Her responsibilities include managing the reverse mentoring programme, mentoring CIPD members, and leading a number of leadership and management programmes.
Anna Lee – Anna holds an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. With a background in organisational psychology and leadership development, Anna brings a wealth of expertise to her current role in the NHS. Committed to nurturing both personal and professional growth, her passion is centred around supporting others to uncover what truly matters to them, all the while prioritising their wellbeing.
