Lead coordinators
Katherine Powell – Katherine is a highly experienced EMCC accredited executive leadership coach, team coach and supervisor, well-being coach and coaching psychologist. She has over 18 years of experience in coaching senior women executives across a range of commercial, corporate and public sector organisations. As a former senior executive herself, Katherine has first-hand experience of the challenges women leaders face at senior level. Katherine is also a qualified transactional analytic counsellor.
Sarah Fox – Sarah began her career in further education before moving into community arts with a large housing association in the south east. For 10 years she worked in senior leadership roles at an arts and social change charity, exploring the role of arts and kindness in developing a fairer, more equitable society. She developed a values-led methodology and strategy, coached and mentored a wide range of individuals, and built partnerships with a diverse range of organisations, such as schools, universities, funders, local authorities and high-profile cultural institutions (e.g. Tate Modern, the Southbank Centre and the National Theatre). Sarah is a qualified EMCC accredited coach, working with freelance women across the arts sector.
