Our network group is designed to support the professional development, connections and growth of coaches and mentors in the North West region. This group is a development alliance with the North West Peer Coaching Network group.

Our network is for professional coaches and mentors, and includes both EMCC and non-EMCC members.

Information and meetings
We meet quarterly, in a mix of virtual and face to face meetings, with CPD and guest speakers.

Lead coordinator
Penny Aspden – Penny held senior HR, OD leadership roles in retail, manufacturing and not profit sectors, where she developed a passion for coaching. She is now an executive coach and OD consultant (ILM level 7 & EMCC Global Accredited Senior Practitioner). Penny is also a group board member in the housing sector, and a volunteer governor for EMCC UK.
