This group was formed some time ago to offer a space for those in the West Midlands to share their learning. We invite guest speakers and also offer opportunities for West Midlands members to come together to share thinking.
Who is the group for?
The group is for practitioners in the West Midlands or Shropshire, but due to the fact that all our meetings are now online, we are open to everyone to come and join in.

Lead coordinators
Jenni Jones – Dr Jenni Jones is an Associate Professor in Coaching and Mentoring at the University of Wolverhampton Business School. She is a qualified coach and mentor, and an experienced HRD professional. She teaches and works with external clients, leading a variety of coaching and mentoring programmes, including reverse mentoring and women-only mentoring programmes within the public, private and charity sector. She enjoys the opportunity to invite coaching and mentoring professionals to the EMCC West Midlands network meetings to share their learning, and enhance their practice.
Clare Barnett – Clare is Founder and MD of Synergia Coaching Limited, offering executive and senior management coaching and mentoring services as well as more traditional HRD support. She has an MA in coaching and mentoring, and regularly works within various sectors including NHS, Education and SMEs. She enjoys being an EMCC network coordinator, as this is her chance to support others and give back to the profession through providing fantastic CPD opportunities as well as a peer support.
